We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to play a crucial role in leading financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights.
This role involves managing daily accounting activities, overseeing tax reporting and audits, and supporting the Finance Director by preparing financial data.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of tax laws, and experience with IFRS.
Requirements Job Requirements: Analyze accounting data and generate statutory financial reports.
Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate and manage annual audits and statutory filings.
Provide financial and tax recommendations to the Finance Director.
Optimize accounting systems, identifying and executing improvements.
Maintain accurate fiscal files and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely payments.
Lead monthly reconciliation processes and ensure the accuracy of statutory accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely IFRS month-end closing.
Prepare statutory reports and financial analyses, including Transfer Pricing and Annual Reports.
Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Center (SSF) and ensure corrections are promptly made.
Collect and verify data for budgeting and reporting processes.
Manage e-ledger submissions and internal control documentation.
Candidate Requirements: At least five years of experience in accounting, controlling, auditing, or tax advisory.
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (master's preferred).
Strong knowledge of tax law and accounting principles.
Experience with IFRS is a plus.
Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
Fluent in English to liaise effectively with the Shared Service Center.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and present financial information.
