Minimum Requirements:Accounting DegreeCompleted Articles OR more than 4 years accounting experienceFruit industry experienceCost accounting experienceAdvanced ExcelExperience with forex payments/transactions Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage full creditors process on producers Capturing and review of produce and related cost elements & related adjustments Weekly preparations and review of payments to producers Sending of payment remittances to producers Reporting on producer payment summaries Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments- Cashflow management- Monthly updating and monitoring of standard costs and related variances- Invoicing of costs back to producers- Management of balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard cost- Various reporting- Onboarding of new customers and producers- Processing of commercial invoices and credit notes- Preparation and review of weekly and monthly commercial creditor payments- Any other relevant accounting functions as requiredPLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
