Accountant

Job DescriptionOur client in the automotive industry is looking for an accountant. As the accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). You will develop and manage financial systems and procedures. Additionally, you will explore ways to reduce costs, enhance revenue, improve profits, and control income and expenditure. You will also communicate with branches regarding queries and orders, and complete VAT returns and VAT reasonability assessments.This role as an Accountant allows you to Gain expertise in financial reporting, auditing, tax preparation, and financial analysis.Requirements• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.• Completed SAICA articles.• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant.• Minimum of 2 years experience using Sage X3.• knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suites.• A code 08 unendorsed driver's license and own transport.If you're eager to elevate your career path, then take the next step by applying for the Accountant position.
