Accountant Clerk

Job Title: Accounting/Admin Clerk/Assistant
Location: Westville, Company Office (100% Office-Based)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting/Admin Clerk/Assistant to support our Regional Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of office administration, accounting principles, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage company registrations, memberships, and renewals
Prepare and send invoices, quotations, and financial documents
Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
Assist with salary processing and payroll administration
Support the regional manager in general operational tasks
Handle communication with clients and vendors as needed
Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar administrative/accounting role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong understanding of accounting practices and principles
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
