Account manager Beverages & More (Western & Central Africa)

Key Responsibilities? 
Be the driving force behind achieving pre-defined sales objectives and financial profitability, delivering impressive results that exceed expectations.
Develop new business with new accounts, maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure business growth.
Design and implement business development plans that translate into tangible financial goals, both strategically and tactically.
Contribute to the development of the sales plan, infusing it with your insights and forward-thinking ideas.
Monitor and coordinate the implementation of the account plan, constantly assessing performance based on defined indicators. Take proactive measures and corrective actions, ensuring that targets are not just met but exceeded, leaving no room for compromise.
Establish enduring networks across all layers of the defined accounts. Engage directly with key stakeholders and position them strategically within the account, accelerating development and breaking down barriers to forge robust business relationships.
Identify and seize long-term business opportunities within the accounts, integrating them seamlessly into the overarching account strategy and plan.

You Bring? 
Minimum of 5 years in client-facing sales positions.
Deep knowledge of Food & Beverage, Ingredients & Processing industry.
Broad view on industry and markets, in depth knowledge of products.
Fluency in English and in French (strong preference), additional languages might be an added value.
Ability to travel, approximately 35-40%.
Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce / Science / Business / Economics / Marketing or equivalent.
