Responsibilities:On-boarding of new accountsEstablishing good relationships with client's key contactsDevelopment and roll-out of service delivery processesHigh level account management and direct contact with executive contactsPreparation and communication of client reporting from high levelDriving transmittals, stock and submission values, ensuring measured success of the businessGrowing existing accounts and increasing scope of serviceAdditional ad-hoc tasks that may be required to ensure business goals are metKey Requirements:Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookExcellent use of the Polish language (both written and verbal)Organisation and project managementEffective daily communication with team membersAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProactive problem-solving, to identify possible problems in advance and take necessary actionCreative, resourceful and an independent thinkerGeneral business acumenEducation:University undergraduate degree (BCom, LLB etc.)Honours degree advantageousDesired Experience & Qualification:HR Services, Recruitment & Selection
