Geographic area: Mpumalanga ( Witbank, Middelburg, Secunda, Burgersfort, Steelpoort, Nelspruit and surrounds)Main Focus Of PositionCalling on existing customers regularly in accordance with a predetermined call plan, seeking to understand their needs, and going the extra mile to ensure their needs are metConstantly looking for new business from our existing and new customersFocus on the quality of the call. Demonstrate that we understand our customer's business and become their trusted subject matter experts.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company's industrial customers, Co-Ops and Hire stores in the Mpumalanga region, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Product Expertise: Be a trusted expert in the company's wide range of industrial brands. Your in-depth knowledge will enable you to provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling our entire product range. Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.Training and Support: Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and information to sell our products. Attend customer open and demo days, co call with our customers at their customers to identify opportunities for the company's brands.Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including sales, Category managers, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
