Demonstrate that we understand our customer's business and become their trusted subject matter experts.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company's industrial customers, Co-Ops and Hire stores in the Mpumalanga region, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Product Expertise: Be a trusted expert in the company's wide range of industrial brands. Your in-depth knowledge will enable you to provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our entire product range. Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.Training and Support: Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and information to sell our products. Attend customer open and demo days, co-call with our customers at their customers to identify opportunities for the company's brands.Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including sales, category managers, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
