Join our clients dynamic team at a leading EPAO in the Construction and Built Environment sector. As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the key contact for our clients, managing stakeholder relationships with Training Providers and Employers. Your role involves overseeing client queries, project managing deadlines, and ensuring timely payments. You'll play a crucial part in driving business growth, delivering client presentations, and supporting the wider operational team. This is a hybrid role (some time at Preston Head Office, rest of time out at provider premises – must be able (have own car) and be willing to travel, with remaining time at home)
Responsibilities 

As the main point of contact for clients, you will:

Handle all client inquiries and manage relationships.
Forecast and analyze apprentice EPA gateway data for capacity planning.
Ensure timely client payments according to contractual terms.
Represent professionally with clients, prospective clients, and sector experts.
Lead client review meetings and analyze data to inform decisions.
Manage access and allocations within the EPA Pro system.
Maintain the business development pipeline and keep contracts updated.
Assist with presentations and materials for client meetings.
Support employer-provider network meetings and client apprenticeship expansion strategies.



Requirements:

Expertise in Project Management, including handling customer complaints and issues.
In-depth understanding of Assessment, Apprenticeships, and End-point Assessment
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various levels
Proven professionalism and experience in client-facing roles
Proficiency with Corporate Technologies: Office 365, knowledge testing platforms, EPA management software, and project management tools
Awareness of the Construction sector (Desired)
Familiarity with regulations and legislation related to End-point Assessment activity, including Ofqual experience (Desired)
