Account Manager

To develop, maintain and manage sales for Trysome's Mining Operations' product portfolio within the mining industry in Africa. Manage sales process and opportunities for key corporate accounts identified. To achieve sales targets set on a quarterly basis.Minimum Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Engineering (Mining / Electrical / Electronic) or other relevant discipline (highly desirable)Considerable commercial experience in mining, software/engineering, technology, heavy machinery or related industryProven successful track record in large new sales and business development (hunting skills) is essentialOutstanding leadership skills including the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, mobilising people via excellent communication and clear objectives, and demonstrating commitment to exceeding customer expectationsPrevious track record working autonomouslyStrong presentation skills especially to groups and forums of customersAn aptitude for developing plans and strategies to succeedAdvanced skills in developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships and customer loyaltyA passion for achieving business goals and sales targetsSuperior problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skillsA passion for superior product delivery and customer service and an appreciation for the need for a positive end-user experience
