In South Africa, we have a workforce of over 450 staff.About the roleReporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the optimum handling of external sales. Customer satisfaction, key account client management, correct handling of invoicing as well as payments for goods received is crucial in this role.Deliver the allocated monthly sales & gross profit budgets.Manage the key accounts effectively through our CRM, Salesforce.Pricing levels must be maintained and adhered to within specific criteria.Ensure clients are fully appraised of all Fluidra related issues surrounding pricing, new products, skills training and point of sale material.Identify new business opportunities and clientele.Deliver on defined business objectives.Ensure all clients' orders are processed and delivered correctly.Work with the internal sales team to verify the accuracy of any orders submitted to them and also communicate out of stocks to all clients.Must be able to travel, sleep out and work weekends if and when required.Knowledge of the trading landscape within the Pretoria region of the pool & irrigation industry will be advantageous.Work hand in hand with the Branch Manager to make targets and budgets.See all clients in Pretoria and surrounding area as set up by management.Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.Should you not hear back from us within 2 weeks after the closing date, please note that your application was unsuccessful.Minimum RequirementsNational Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed).Minimum of 3 years' experience in an external sales position.Experienced in key account client management.Computer literate (Knowledge of Syspro or related package).Understand Microsoft Office and know how to draft reports/presentations using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Thorough and accurate.Knowledge / Experience of pool equipment, irrigation and fluid handling is a must.Afrikaans and English fluency in speech and literacy.
