Job TitleAccount ManagerJob DescriptionJoin IG's 'The Agency' as an Account Manager. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work. As part of a connected global team, you'll work closely with the Account Director, strategy, the creative and operations teams in Johannesburg, and marketing stakeholders worldwide across IG Group's divisions, manage end-to-end campaigns and projects, and the creative assets they need to deliver on their plans for growth.Your role in the teamBroadly, you'll assist in managing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across the IG Group. Your role will be to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and support the Account Director and Strategy Lead in driving strategic growth.What you'll doAs part of the Account Manager role, you will need to maintain exceptional delivery on the following core competencies:Support the Account Director in managing multiple high-priority projects and campaigns across the IG Group divisionsSupport the Account Director in managing day-to-day client communications and relationshipsCoordinate internal teams to execute advertising campaigns and projectsDevelop project briefs with stakeholders and the Strategy LeadEnsure timely delivery of work that meets stakeholder objectives and agency standardsAssist in the development of strategic recommendations and presentationsMonitor project progress and scope changesIdentify opportunities for account growth and additional servicesWho we're looking forYou're curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
