To represent Client's interest at the Agency, and the Agency's interest at the Client, with utmost professionalism and a level of maturity.
Job Title: Account Manager
Job Description: Key Responsibilities To execute all the marketing communication needs and activities of the Client(s) inside the Agency in the most:
Cost effective mannerExpeditious and efficient mannerAdministratively organized mannerTake accountability for all project management recordsEnsure that all communication records are kept in an orderly and organized manner in line with Agency systems and procedures.
Deliver clear, concise and focused communication at every level of Client contact to give Clients a competitive advantage.
On all projects/activities maintain and implement an updated and organized system of:
Financial records (From CE's to billing and payment)Writing briefsCompiling weekly status reportsCompiling timing plansEnsure Chase lists are adhered to and relevant information shared with media timeouslyMonitoring of Media schedulesCompiling Contact reports within 24 hours of meetingProactively and effectively ensure that senior management and your team are informed and updated at every stage of projects/activities.
Maintain a professional relationship with all Clients and co-workers.
