Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

To represent Client's interest at the Agency, and the Agency's interest at the Client, with utmost professionalism and a level of maturity.
To execute all the marketing communication needs and activities of the Client(s) inside the Agency in the most:

Cost effective manner
Expeditious and efficient manner
Administratively organized manner
Take accountability for all project management records

Ensure that all communication records are kept in an orderly and organized manner in line with Agency systems and procedures.
Delivering clear, concise and focused communication at every level of Client contact so as to give Clients a competitive advantage.
On all projects/activities maintain and implement an updated and organized system of:

Financial records (From CE's to billing and payment)
Writing briefs
Compiling weekly status reports
Compiling timing plans
Ensure Chase lists are adhered to and relevant information shared with media timeously
Monitoring of Media schedules
Compiling Contact reports within 24 hours of meeting

Proactively and effectively ensure that senior management and your team are informed and updated at every stage of projects/activities.
Maintain a professional relationship with all Clients and co-workers.

Ability to communicate in creative briefing and presentation sessions
Ability to write comprehensive and inspiring creative briefs

Ability to guide and evaluate creative work and the processes
Have a clear understanding and appreciation of creative work and ideas
Ability to recognize and conceptualize proactive opportunities for your clients

Analytical and Strategic Skills:

Have an understanding of Clients brands and their market
Ability to oversee marketing analysis such as competitor activity, brand performance.
Have a thorough understanding of the strategic tools and processes of the agency as well as clients terminology

Advertising Skills:

A broad understanding of the advertising and market industry
An understanding of the production process
An understanding of the media processes, including digital media
A broad understanding of the Advertising legal framework

Financial Skills:

Day-to-day budget management
Sound understanding of billing structure and financial processes

Computer Skills:

Word, Excel, Keynote/ Power point and Chase Software
The basic skill to put a presentation together


Scope of Responsibility:

Management of advertising campaigns TV, radio, print, outdoor, BTL, digital etc. This will encompass the execution and management of briefing processes. Liaison with traffic and production departments, preparing timing plans, liaising with client, liaising with media planner and buyer, arranging meetings etc. Obtaining client approval of all campaign elements and budgets at all stages of the development.
Confident management and accountability for presentations and key meetings:

Status meetings, including compiling status reports and supplying to senior manager timeously for review prior to meeting
Presentations, including contact reports following the meetings
Competitive reviews
Brand reviews
Brand integration meetings (meetings with other client partners i.e media, digital etc)
Sourcing of material as per meetings agreed expectations

Management of meetings with Client and Agency, ensuring that all parties that need to attend are notified timeously and prior to meetings
Accountability for all logistics pertaining to client meetings (Agendas, catering, contact reports etc)
Clear understanding of Clients expectations of the Agency and an understanding and respect of Clients culture, and be seen to be a problem solver by the client (listening and responding)
Total familiarity of the Clients market, products and advertising policies
Regular updating of senior management, informing them of any new developments that may arise on the Clients business so as to maintain an Agency's proactive culture.
Effective and efficient work ethic within the broader team
Overall management of the Clients business
