Job Description Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Meet/liaise with clients Manage a portfolio of accounts Receive briefs/debriefs on projects Attend status meetings Keep a detailed status document of projects on the go with timelines/deadlines Manage projects from start to finish: Follow up with studio/client to ensure deadlines are met Checking all artwork before presenting to client to ensure work is on brief / all relevant feedback is applied.
Interrogate client debriefs to ensure work remains on brief and best practice is adhered to Manage project plan to ensure all campaigns are briefed timeously.
When required, compile cost estimates to be approved by management before sending on to client Deliver presentations Attend meetings with clients (when required) Maintain good relationships with clients Manage budgets, campaign costs and client's invoices Assist with traffic and drive work in studio Undertake administration tasks related to the client portfolio Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 5 years' working experience in an Advertising Agency, with 2-3 years' experience as an Account Manager Afrikaans (Read, write and speak) Proficient in MS Office (i.e.
Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.)
