YOUR ROLEAs an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact with an array of clients to understand their payment needs and help them to use Roam to unlock value within their business. Numbers and processes are a key part of the bigger picture for you, so you are definitely going to want to be comfortable with this. Working closely with management, you will leverage our platform to deliver a level of service to our clients that will help to grow their business and proactively solve challenges they face. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESRoam is built on Salesforce, the world's number one CRM. You'll be working with this technology to: Fully support all aspects of a client's booking process from start to finish - if they ever need assistance, you'll be thereManage and retain relationships at an account level - make them wonder how they did it without us beforeProvide in person and virtual training sessions with clients to ensure a smooth experience within the platformProvide support to travellers when they have queries around making payment for a bookingEnsure timeous receipt and reconciliation of payments through effective communication with clientsLiaise with external service providers with regards to various forex functionsBe an ambassador for the Roam brandWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORThe perfect Account Manager will possess: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a direct client services roleExceptional interpersonal skills, con?dence, a commitment to service excellence and relationship buildingA recognised three-year qualification with a curriculum that preferably included finance/stats/economicsFlawless presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English - we'll be looking at this from the first moment we contact youAnalytical thinking and proven ability in working with numbers - this will be assessed through a numeracy testIncredible organisation and attention to detailAbility to self manage - deliverables, quality and timelinesExperience in the travel industry is hugely advantageousAdvanced excel skills would be a plus
