The successful candidate will be responsible for building, promoting and maintaining client programs and initiatives in Africa and Middle East for one of QCIC's largest accounts. You will direct and support the service and project activities of multiple operations acting as a single point of contact, facilitating all internal and external communications. You will effectively drive the execution of the clients' installation, service and advanced solutions strategies to exceed client expectations with cost effective solutions. Also you will provide operational oversight, leading QCIC's regional team and partners to ensure client satisfaction, financial performance and account growth.
What you will do Manages annual project and service work in the region on behalf of the clientActs as a single point of contact on the account, responsible for managing communications for all QCIC engagements. Subject matter expert on working with our clients through an understanding of their business needs and knowing how to navigate their organisationManages and coordinates all operational aspects of regional client engagements for the account. Enforces the expectations of the client within QCIC teams, subcontractors, vendors and partners. Always represents QCIC as a leader, providing mentoring, coaching and development of the wider teamServes as a client advocate and liaison between QCIC, subcontractors, vendors, partners and manufacturers. Helps develop unique approaches and introduces advanced solutions to client challenges, building confidence in QCIC as a trusted advisorDrives consistency in delivery of all QCIC services across multiple locations, regions and countriesEnsures adherence to specific client standards, industry best practices, code requirements and/or market regulationsMaintains all account documentation, directs all communications and updates to the client in a regular and proactive manner. Delivers internal and client business reviews on a consistent basisEngages the support of internal resources and partners to introduce expertise that help clients develop and implement their strategiesResponsible for overall client satisfaction in delivery of all regional services. Proactively meets and communicates with client. Seeks feedback, driving continuous improvement. Resolves issues in an effective and timely manner by engaging appropriate teamsTracks financial performance on all projects and services to make sure all work is executed in a profitable manner. Compiles reports to provide spend data to internal teams and client. Performs account fiscal analysis to present trends and make business recommendationsManages small team to include a service coordinator and 2 embedded service engineersWhat we are looking for Proven experience with key account management and operations within the security industryExceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organizationStrategic thinker with analytical problem-solving tools and techniques and able to work in a fast paced organisationExcellent organisational skills related to project managementStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPointAdvanced financial competenciesConfidence in contract negotiation and administrationStrong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually and part of a teamAbility to create internal and external organisational alignment through relationships, communicating vision and team buildingAccomplished leader that acts as a role model while guiding, developing and mentoring others within the organisationUnderstanding of the importance of process and continual improvementNB: The successful candidate will be required to pass our own and client security screening procedures.
