In this portfolio, you will deal with clients who have a large volume of bank accounts, including large Professional Services (Accounting, Legal, Engineering) and Business Services firms.Our Account Executives play an important role in generating high-quality customer service and relationship management. Your proactive servicing skills will be put to good use, anticipating needs while managing any potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial and broader banking requests.You will respond to a large volume of daily account administration requests, conduct basic financial statement analysis, and regularly review customer accounts to maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients.Furthermore, you will take an active role in managing escalations and seeing them through with internal and external stakeholders.What do I need?You will have experience in partnering with corporate customers while being savvy and confident in problem-solving. Speed to market on completing client requests is something you pride yourself on, along with taking the initiative to see things through while liaising with all levels of risk, operations, and management teams of the bank.You'll also be a natural communicator as well as an insightful, strategic thinker, acting as the point of contact for clients, addressing their daily questions and inquiries.
