Develop a clear understanding of clients needs, challenges, and objectives to align our offerings accordingly.Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Communicate client feedback and collaborate on improving service quality and offerings.Proposal & Presentation Development:Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Effectively communicate the value of our products and services, showcasing how they align with the clients business objectives.Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company. Ensure all agreements and contracts are accurate, legally sound, and beneficial for both parties.Reporting & Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems. Provide regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.Problem Resolution:Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
