Key Responsibilities:Sales Cycle Ownership: Take charge of the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.Solution Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and effectively correlate this knowledge to customer value.Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to provide customers with maximum value from the monday.com solution.Empower Customers: Guide customers in connecting their goals and challenges with monday.com, empowering them for success.Escalation Point: Act as a point of contact for escalated relationship and commercial issues, ensuring swift resolution.Requirements:3-7 Years of SaaS Sales: A proven track record with 3-7 years of sales experience in a closing role, preferably in a SaaS company. Experience in project management and work collaboration is a plus.Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.Success Record: Demonstrated success and overachievement in previous roles.Complex Deal Navigation: Experience in navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders using a consultative selling approach.Self-Driven: A driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.Collaborative Team Player: Embrace a collaborative and high-energy team culture.Time Management: Effective time management, task prioritization, and deadline adherence.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.Education: BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
