Job Description: Job SummaryAccount Executive position responsible for new business and manages a portfolio of assigned (B2B) Clearing & Freight Forwarding clients. As a Clearing & Forwarding sales representative of the company, you will maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and maximize business opportunities to achieve agreed goals. You will spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and working hand in hand with the operational personnel on the same customers. Responsibilities:Ability to sell Ocean Freight, Airfreight, Road Freight & Customs Clearing products.Be able to identify Ideal Client Profiles in line with UPS's service offering.Generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on SMEs & Network clients, as well as maintain and develop the existing customers.Analyze customer needs and present UPS services.Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers.Prepare bids & coordinate pricing decisions in alignment with the management team.Focus on retaining and penetrating active clients in portfolio.Complete maintenance, problem resolution, and sales management of client portfolio.Monitor sales through the drafting and updating of reports and internal systems. Qualifications:Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline.Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry, ideally with a focus clearing & forwarding across all modes of transport.Own reliable vehicle with valid endorsed driver's license.Excellent communication skills.Willing and able to travel to client premises.Microsoft Office skills.Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
