Job Title Account Director Job Description Account Director Join IG's 'The Agency' as an Account Director. You'll be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic growth. Join us for an exciting future and let's innovate together! Your role in the team Broadly, you'll manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across the IG Group. Your role will be to manage key stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic growth. What you'll do As part of the Account Director role, you will need to maintain exceptional delivery on the following core competencies: Oversee multiple high-priority projects and campaigns across the IG Group divisions, serving as the primary point of contact Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders Support the development of integrated marketing and advertising strategies with the Strategy Lead Manage project timelines and resources effectively, supporting the traffic and project managers Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver exceptional work Mentor and develop junior team members. What you'll need for this role 8+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior account management role Proven track record of growing and retaining major client accounts Strong understanding of fintech advantageous Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in English Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strategic thinker with a passion for creative solutions Results-oriented with a keen eye for business opportunities Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic agency environment Strong leadership and team management skills How you'll grow When you join IG Group, we want you to have more than a job – we want you to have a career.
