Account Director

What we are looking for Client Director is an Individual Contributor role and will be responsible for overall software growth for our customers.
Youd be an integral member of our account management team working collaboratively to meet and exceed client expectations.
We will look to you to grow from an existing software base as well as sell software to new customers.
What does the job involve The Client Directors role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers expand and develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Youre the primary contact for our clients and start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones.
Client Directors also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
In this role you will liaise with crossfunctional internal teams (including Customer Success and Sales) to improve the entire customer experience.
By meeting with our clients youre able to build an excellent rapport and more effectively educate them about our clients services.
You should be able to understand several industries enough to have Csuite conversations with customers and bring in the right HCL solution.
You will learn from a respected team of professionals while building your knowledge skills and experience with a growing and dominant player in the world of Enterprise Software.
Qualifications 10 years of proven experience in IT/Software sales managing large accounts driving significant deals and demonstrating sales success in Enterprise Software Sales.
5 years of experience selling commercial software solutions.
Experience working with Enterprise clients particularly in Banking Insurance Financial Services Telecoms and other large organizations in the region.
Established relationships with senior executives and key decisionmakers in the region.
Proven track record of selling multibrand software solutions is a plus.
Demonstrated integrity goalsetting abilities process orientation time management skills and a strong drive to succeed.
