The responsibilities of the incumbent continuously evolve and they are flexible and responsive to the given priorities of the day and willing to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a dynamic environment. The incumbent uses initiative, strong judgment and analytical skills in handling inquiries independently or referring them appropriately. As a representative of the John H.
