Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the abattoir.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage staff and resources effectively.

Implement and monitor food safety procedures.
Requirements: Proficient computer skills should be able to work on excel.
Proven management experience for over 50 people for more than 3 years.
Strong background in food safety.
Essential experience in abattoir operations.
Familiarity with the Meat Matrix system is a plus.
