TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Sunday including Public Holidays 07:00 - 19:00 (Open / Close Shifts apply)REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: R11,000 per monthRetail Commission earnedPension Fund / Medical Aid company contributionsStaff transport (morning & night)Staff parking (if you have your own car)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National CertificateSpa Receptionist experienceExcellent command of English (speak & write)ESP / Bookings system confidentHighly presentable and beautifully groomedCertificate or Diploma in Spa / Skin Care / Cosmetology or Somatology - BONUSMust reside within reasonable travel distance to Cape Town OR have your own reliable transport EXPERIENCE: Reception experience in Spa / Salon or Cruise ShipKnowledge & understanding of Spa industry & the lingo (describe treatments accordingly)Exceptional guest/patient relationsComputer literate & skilled in booking software including ESP, Social Media & MS OfficeKPI: Conduct Spa toursDigital communication with guestsGuest preparation for servicesAttend to queriesOperate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-insGuest check-in & check-out
