5* HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS (x2) – HERMANUS – R Market Related
We are currently recruiting for 2 x 5* HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS for an upmarket 5* Hotel in Hermanus to ensure hotel rooms are kept clean and tidy according to the five-star quality and standard.
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
• 2 years Housekeeping Supervisory experience at a 5* property.
Key Performance Objectives:
• Check pub areas and work performance,
• Check each room in terms of five-star standards after rooms have been cleaned by room attendants,
• Escalation point for guest requests and complaints – effective, empathetic and efficient handling,
• Owning all challenges in terms of maintenance and guests from inception to resolution,
• Communication and feedback from guest to management and improvement of procedures,
• Ensuring that all items in rooms are of a high quality and suggesting items to be condemned,
• Ensuring that turndown shifts are arranged, and
• Ensuring availability of all materials and equipment for staff members to fulfil their functions according to five-star standards.
