ProStaffSelect is in search of a bubbly, charismatic, highly polished, and elegant female Guest Relations Officer / Front Desk Duty Manager for this extremely sophisticated, upmarket, and luxury 5* boutique hotel. This hotel has won several international awards not only for their amazing service standards and signature cuisine but for its many awesome works of art, sculptures, and fine pieces that make up the incredible atmosphere and decor of this ultra-sophisticated one-of-a-kind luxury destination.
THIS IS A "FIRST POINT OF CONTACT" POSITION, so applicants need to be highly presentable, well spoken, and comfortable dealing with VIP guests!
Requirements:

Candidates MUST HAVE at least 3 to 4 years previous 5* hotel experience as a Receptionist, Concierge, Front Desk Agent, or Liaison Officer.
Hotel Management, Front Office, or Guest Relations formal tertiary qualifications.
Strong admin, organisational, financial, and planning abilities are needed.
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, as well as OPERA Property Management Software.
Fully proficient in booking and reservations systems.
Must be willing to work evening and late shifts to manage the hotel when the Resident Manager is off-duty.
Highly presentable and outgoing personality with mature/worldly views - well-travelled!

OWN TRANSPORT with a valid driver's license is an ABSOLUTE PREREQUISITE as all staff travel between sister properties in the group.
