Collaborate with several departments to identify training needs and develop effective training programs. Maintain and implement training records and prepare reports related to training metrics and key performance indicators. Stay informed on the latest training trends, industry best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Shortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo psychometric testing and background screening.
