1St Line Network Support Engineer

On-Site Support: Visit client sites twice per week in Pretoria and MTN Roodepoortto perform daily health checks and high-level inspections of firewalls and APNs.Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor network links, report on Link QOSparameters, and ensure optimal performance of the network infrastructure.Network Management: Perform high-level checks and maintenance on firewalls,and manage APN configurations.Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support, troubleshooting networkissues as they arise Qualification: Network qualification, such as CCNA, is required.Technical Knowledge:Understanding of MPLS, SDWAN, BGP, and routing protocols.High-level understanding of firewalls and APN configurations.Experience: 2+ years previous experience in a network support role is essential.
