Job Overview: Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Zone Controller to oversee and coordinate gas distribution and operational activities within an assigned zone.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the scheduling and distribution of gas products within the assigned zone.
Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain real-time updates on operational activities and address any logistical challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all activities.
Analyse operational data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
Provide regular reports on zone performance and key metrics.
Collaborate with other Zone Controllers and departments to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or operational coordination.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
