Job DescriptionOne of our clients is looking for a Senior Production Consultant.
Demonstrating and upselling products and functionalityAnalysing client needs to ensure optimal product usageManaging client related projectsWork within KPAs provided for department, contributing both upwards (within the business) anddownwards (development of team)Supervising and guiding a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional developmentManaging changes to IT systems and processes to minimize disruptions while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standardsMonitoring IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and identifying opportunities for improvementOverseeing the teams operations and ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionQualificationsBcom Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting or IT or Marketing or revelevant qualificationSkills4+ years ERP Production consulting experience3+ years experience in management of ERP Project teamsExperience with ERP Microsoft Dynamics, BC/Navision and any of the following financial ERP systems Pastel, Accpac, Sage, SAP, or XeroStrong financial background and acumen are requiredProject Management experience is necessaryKnowledge of SQL or any database system is advantageousPrior experience with Chase Software would be highly beneficialStrong background in software applicationsMust possess visionary thinking and decision-making skillsBenefitsFully RemoteInternational Exposure
