Opportunity: Full time Contract (8hrs in total) - 5 hours (PST overlap)

Job RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience with SaaS and SlackKnowledge of digital workplace tools, specifically Slack Admin, Slack Workflows, Slack Forms, Slack APPs, and APIsStrong grasp of Python and AWSExpertise in configuration and integration using tools like PowerShell, JavaScript, Postman, etc.Proficiency with web services/RESTful APIsStrongholds in databases, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL modelsJob ResponsibilitiesBuild and customize Slack and other collaboration workspacesIdentify the gaps between current and desired end-states of Slack and plan solutionsImprove collaboration and SaaS integrations to ensure consistent performance of the appSupport and escalate points for technical issues and resolve Slack escalation queuesAssist with delivery management processes and enforcementOffer trainings of all Slack, custom Slack apps, workflow, and other digital workplace toolsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networksUnderstanding of cloud security models and API security modelsPractical knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile FrameworksExperience working in an Agile environmentGood interpersonal and communication skillsSeniority levelMid-Senior level
