Duties & Responsibilities Minimum requirements for the role:Minimum Matric with an applicable Trade Certificate.Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Workshop/Service Manager.Good technical knowledge of pumps, welding, repairs, baseplate assembly etc.Previous experience managing a team with strong leadership skills.Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft office.Autocad would be an advantage.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.Have strong administrative and organizational skills.Have a valid driver's licence.E-mail CVs to ****** The successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing the daily maintenance of workshop and office.Managing of staff.Ordering of workshop consumables and job equipment.Designing of base plates for new quotations.Making sure all equipment is in good working order and keeping all certificates up to date.Maintaining vehicles with scheduled services.Training staff on building of pump sets.Liaising with sales staff regarding pump builds.Keeping a build register for QCP documents (new builds, repairs).Placing orders with suppliers.Assisting branches with drawings and quotations on baseplates.Performing quality control.Handling site commissioning and repair work.Ensuring the workshops at the other branches are running up to set standards.Opening up in the morning.Monitoring the drivers and stores staff.E-mail CVs to ****** Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
