Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced Workshop/Service Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations in Polokwane. Minimum Requirement: Minimum of 3 years management experience in a dealership setting Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Computer literate (Office Suite) Drivers licence Advantageous Requirements: Management Diploma. Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry. Effective understanding of financial budgeting principals. Effective understanding of electrical technology Effective understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993) Effective understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act. Responsibilities: Lead, develop and motivate staff Supervise service department staff members Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
