Job description:Ensure the factory's overall profitabilityOversee stock control, replenishment, and inventory countsBe responsible for factory Gross Profit (GP%) and EBITDABoost sales through network connections and product expertiseEnhance sales by developing the website and product catalogueLead factory staff and enhance team performanceSupervise invoicing processesPerform technical reviews of work ordersMaintain high standards of quality controlOptimize factory operations and plan for asset management and replacementCreate and implement preventative maintenance schedulesOperate independently and take full accountability for factory performanceSkills & Experience:Over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required, with essential expertise in steelworkQualification:Ndip/ BSc/ BEng/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferable; postgraduate studies are advantageousOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.ContactCAELLI PENTZon
