Workshop Foreman (Motorcycle)

Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor workshop profitability, ensuring effective workshop planning.Plan workshop production based on staff availability and productivity.Address escalated workshop technical problems promptly and effectively.Evaluate serviced vehicles and assist in parts ordering.Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the workshop.Coordinate training for service staff.Provide feedback to workshop staff on individual performance.Control work in progress on vehicles to maintain acceptable levels.Manage financial and non-financial risks within the department.Drive personal and professional development. Minimum Requirements:Senior Certificate (Grade 12).Qualified Vehicle Technician.5 years' workshop experience in a dealership as a Technician.Supervisory/Foreman experience in a workshop - highly advantageous.Ability to effectively manage a team - essential.Motorcycle license - essential.Competitive salary, incentive scheme, and standard company benefits including medical aid and provident fund contributions.
