Workshop Foreman

Looking for a dedicated Workshop Foreman to join a team. As a Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of vehicles, running the workshop (2IC), training technicians, managing stock control, working closely with the Workshop Manager, and checking all technician work to ensure quality standards are met. Duties and Responsibilities: Servicing of vehicles Running of workshop (2IC) Training of Technicians Stock Control Working closely with Workshop Manager Checking all technician work Requirements: Must be technically qualified red seal diesel / petrol motor mechanic At least 8-10 years' experience in the motor trade in a reputable dealership environment Must be a foreman or currently a workshop service manager. Crim record clean medically fit Drivers license not endorsed. CMS knowledge or similar dealer management system a must. Must have had excellent relations with OEM Must know total after sales operations, including but not limited to services, maintenance, repairs, warrantees, CSI, escalations, customer care, service bookings, service administration processes. Must be able to lead a team of technicians, apprentices, service staff, etc. Must be financially strong, billable hours and GP driven. Must reside on the East Rand or close to the Dealership.
