Responsibilities:                                                              Manage and grow workshop technicians Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance Ensure high-quality customer service is met Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively Encourage and motivate staff and professional development Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures Qualifications: Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic) Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate would be beneficial  Valid Drivers License Computer literate Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
