Running of tool orders and stock control.
Creating of new CNC programs.
Edgecam Programming of lathe, 3/4 axes machining center and horizontal / Vertical boring mill.
Hands on Machining on CNC machines.
Modifying and editing existing programs.
- Assist in operating and setting all CNC Machines.
Designing and manufacturing of Jigs and special tooling.
Construction of detailed drawings for manufacturing.
Asist in creating and setting up procedures in all departments.
Job Scoping for machining.
Working to tight tolerance.
(±0.001) Reverse engineer of components.
(Solid Edge ) Assist in Quoting of Jobs and planning machining times.
Assisting in various departments.
