Workshop Coordinator

My client, a leading Earthmoving Equipment Company located in Airports Industria, Cape Town, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, preferably within a workshop environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of workshop administration, including invoicing, timesheet management, opening job cards, job costing, preparing quotes, issuing picking slips for stores, handling warranty jobs, and generating reports and repair quotes. You will also monitor warranty costs and, most importantly, manage customer queries to ensure client satisfaction.

Key requirements for this position include:-
• Matric Accounting and Pure Mathematics or post school accounting.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with the ability to draft and write letters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with Evolution software is highly preferred.
