To train and mentor the fishworkers at all relevant working stations or areas within the processing areas.Conduct individual competency assessments.Maintain records of training.Observe fishworkers for compliance to production standards to maintain consistency in performance.Facilitate and assess learning interventions as requested.Maintain adherence to health and safety policy and procedures via completed checklist.Maintain effective communication and build sound relationships.
