Working Capital Manager

Cash Collections Management: Collaborate with various teams to improve the end-to-end cash collection process, including aged debt reporting, credit management, and account reconciliation to minimize DSO and optimize cash inflows.Cash Payments Management: Work with global teams to enhance the cash payment process, including supplier rationalization, invoice processing, and payment terms negotiation to optimize cash outflows and support vendor relationships.Working Capital Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital components across business units and geographies, preparing and presenting regular reports and KPIs to senior management.Training: Provide continuous training and education on working capital management, including creating reference manuals and guides for global consistency.Cross-Functional Collaborations: Collaborate with finance, legal, sales, operations, and procurement teams globally to align working capital initiatives with business objectives.Credit Risk Management: Ensure credit limits for clients are monitored and consolidated across various regions and specialisms.Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. MBA or professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, AMCT, CIMA) preferredProven experience, of a minimum of ten years, in working capital management within multinational corporations Qualification:Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
