We're looking for a talented Workforce Analyst!Location: Redial JohannesburgSchedule: Monday to FridayDays off: Saturday and SundaySchedule availability: 0700 to 1600 PSTHolidays: Observed by lawAvailability to work holidays if necessary, exchanging days offMain activities:Responsible for updating all roster changes, leaves of absence, etc.Onboard users for all new classes and offboard dischargesUploading schedules, breaks, and lunchesKeeping track of scheduling and staffing needs projectionsMain Requirements:Experience in a similar role, as a Workforce intraday agent or schedulerExcel – Intermediate to advanced levelAdvanced English level, great spoken and written grammarGreat communication skillsOpen to feedbackAnalyticCollege degree or diploma preferredExperience using Power BI and Ring Central is a plus
