Job DescriptionThis role ensures the accuracy of organizational data, facilitates data migration and correction, supports reporting requirements, and manages stakeholder communications.
The role requires expertise in Workday functionalities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.The key responsibilities for this role will include:Data management Oversee and maintain supervisory and organisational structure within WorkdayPerform regular data corrections to maintain accuracy of cost centres, reporting lines and other organisational dataReporting support business units by collating and generating reports based on specific requirementsIssue management Maintain and manage the Workday Issue log, documenting and tracking all reported issuesTroubleshoot Workday-related problems and liaise with the group and business units to ensure timely resolutionsManage relationships with business units within organisation, addressing all Workday related mattersFacilitate regular progress huddles with relevant parties regarding ongoing projects or issues resolutionsSupport and contribute to Workday enhancements and improvements, ensuring system innovation and alignment with business needsAs you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential.

The requirements:Qualification:Completed Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT related qualification Experience:3 - 5 years experience in working within a Workday environment in a similar roleSkills Required:Strong knowledge of Workday functionalities and best practicesProficiency in data management and reportingExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management abilities
