Seeking an experienced WORK MANAGEMENT PLANNER for our client in Ogies, Mpumalanga.The role of the Work Management Planner is expected to specify the requirements for completing approved work and to ensure that required resources are identified prior to commencement of work in order to enable the right delivery of work safely and efficiently.EXPERIENCERelevant operational experienceRelevant Planning experienceSkills / KnowledgeTechnical Analysis (Level 1)Applies structured methodologies, such as root cause analysis and statistical analysis, to investigate risks and opportunities to create effective Engineering solutions.Adopts a systematic approach to problem-solving, drawing on engineering knowledge and appropriate sources of information, to test assumptions and generate viable options.Undertakes technical analysis activities in own area. Collects and assesses evidence, generates and evaluates options and shares recommendations.Applies theoretical knowledge of the mining process and relevant tools and techniques to support operations and projects.Understands the principles of mining and applies these to deliver effective technical solutions to operations.Understands the processes, working culture and challenges associated with mining. Appreciates the impact of pro-active and effective planning on business performance.Effectively applies project and resource management tools and techniques within own role. Adheres to standards and recommended practices.Integrates Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) risk management into all mining and services activities to ensure optimal business performance.Pro-actively identifies, assesses, prioritizes and mitigates against potential risks.Continuously identifies opportunities to enhance SHE performance to protect employees and communities, equipment longevity and our client's license to operate.Adopts personal responsibility for SHE management and proactively identifies and mitigates risks within own area of work.Duties & responsibilities at each company must be clearly listed on CV.Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English, excellent written & verbal communication skills.No criminal record.Be medically fit & able to pass a medical examination.Thank you.
