Wordpress Developer

As an experienced WordPress Developer, you will be working as part of a project team to develop complex custom themes based on detailed specifications and prototype designs in Figma.
You will work with the WordPress support teams to help nurture long-term client relationships.
You will be trained in unique approach to Enterprise WordPress that includes Bedrock methodology, version control and package management.
You will be enrolled in a skills development program, including full training, assessment and certification.
Key Responsibilities: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on specification and design requirements Perform website updates, maintenance and troubleshooting Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure the successful deliverability of a project.
Optimize website performance and user experience Keep up to date with the latest WordPress updates, trends and best practices Conduct quality assurance testing and ensure websites are cross-browser and cross-device compatible Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients What We Offer:Salary: R30 000 – R45 000 per month depending on experience 40 days leave per year A dynamic and supportive work environment with a diverse team of professionals.

Requirements:Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin developmentStrong working knowledge of Bootstrap Frontend Framework, SASS, Git, jQuery and Advanced Custom FieldsExperience with website optimization and SEO techniquesProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with different departmentsOwn device (laptop / computer) required.
