We leave no woman behind: we challenge inequality and discrimination and believe that uniting women of all backgrounds is essential to ending the sex-based oppression of women.Job Title: Women's Health Services ManagerJob Ref: nia 173Hours: 35 hours per weekSalary: £37,000 - £39,000 dependent on experience and qualificationLocation: Hybrid approach to in-office & remote workingThe Women's Health Services Manager will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the IRIS, ADViSE and other relevant services for women who have been subjected to domestic violence and abuse. She will play a lead role in ensuring that nia continues to deliver high quality services which meet relevant quality standards. She will support the Director of Operations in the development of services, managing staff members and projects undertaken by the team.We're looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children.
