This role involves working independently to implement SAP Warehouse Management solutions that align with the physical and operational changes in the plant. The Consultant will be responsible for reshuffling existing locations, coordinating physical changes and ensuring accurate translations of these changes into SAP. This position requires a professional who can work with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively with stakeholders and report progress to the Project Manager.What you will do:Warehouse Setup and ConfigurationPlan, design and implement SAP Warehouse Management solutions to support the expansion and restructuring of the plant and warehouse facilities.Conduct a detailed analysis of the current warehouse processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements.Execute the physical reshuffling and restructuring of the existing warehouse layout, ensuring smooth integration into SAP systems.SAP Implementation and ConfigurationConfigure SAP WM settings to align with the new warehouse structure, including bin locations, inventory management, and movement types.Oversee the SAP WM implementation from design through to go-live, ensuring all configurations meet business requirements and comply with best practices.Ensure that all physical changes in the warehouse layout are accurately translated into SAP to maintain data integrity and process consistency.Stakeholder Management and CommunicationEngage with stakeholders, including warehouse managers, project managers, and Accenture's internal teams, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project.Provide regular project updates to the client and Project Manager, including progress reports, issue tracking, and resolution summaries.Work with warehouse staff to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and addressed during implementation.Testing and User SupportFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate SAP WM functionalities and ensure alignment with the physical warehouse setup.Provide end-user training and support to ensure a smooth transition, fostering understanding of the new SAP WM processes among warehouse personnel.Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during testing and post-go-live stages.Documentation and Knowledge TransferPrepare detailed documentation for the SAP WM configuration, including process flows, data mappings, and user guides.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure that the internal team is equipped to manage and maintain the new SAP WM system post-project.QualificationsBachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management, with a focus on large-scale SAP implementations and configurations.Proven experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle management, from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation support.In-depth understanding of SAP Warehouse Management processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules (such as MM and SD).Strong grasp of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics to ensure alignment with SAP configurations.Hands-on experience with SAP configuration settings, bin management, movement types, and data mapping in warehouse environments.Solid experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training to ensure a seamless transition to the new SAP WM setup.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate clear, concise updates and foster collaboration.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring accountability and high-quality project outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address warehouse management and SAP-related challenges effectively.Additional InformationPlease note that only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
