Wine Club Administrator - Franschhoek

Requirements: 2 – 3 year's experience in a similar position Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills.
Possess a positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and in an individual capacity.
Proficient with e-Commerce/CRM applications, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent planning , organisational and administrative skills Valid drivers license and reliable transport Available to work weekends and evenings as required Duties: Processing of orders and membership, maintaining /updating of ecommerce platform Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information; follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
